# Resolution Times

> Retrieve minimum, maximum, average, and median resolution times for incidents within a date range.

# Resolution Times

Returns statistical resolution time metrics for incidents occurring within the specified date range.

## Endpoint

`GET /hubspot/stats/resolution-times/:startDate/:endDate`

### URL Parameters

| `startDate` | string | ✅        | Start date of the range (YYYY-MM-DD) |
| `endDate`   | string | ✅        | End date of the range (YYYY-MM-DD)   |

**Field descriptions:**

* `resolutionTimes`: Statistical metrics for how long incidents took to resolve
  * `min`: Smallest resolution time
  * `max`: Largest resolution time
  * `average`: Arithmetic mean
  * `median`: Middle value in the sorted dataset

## Authentication

A valid JWT token must be provided in the `Authorization` header.

## Notes

* Dates must follow the `YYYY-MM-DD` format.
* Metrics are based on calculated resolution times for all incidents in the range.
